Getting started
What is BuilderSwipe?+
A video workspace for real estate agents. Record 4K walkthroughs in the app or upload videos you already have, organize them into folders by property, and share each one with a clean link. You can see when a shared video was watched.
How do I share a video?+
Open a video in your library and create a share link. Anyone with the link can watch; nothing else in your library is exposed. You can see views and watch progress for each link.
Account and sign-in
How does sign-in work?+
You sign in with your email and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the reset link on the sign-in page and we’ll email you a link to set a new one.
How do I delete my account?+
Email [email protected] from your account address and we’ll delete your account and associated personal information, subject to legal retention. See our Privacy Policy.
Plans and billing
What does BuilderSwipe cost?+
BuilderSwipe has a Free plan and a Plus plan. There is no trial to expire: Free is free for as long as you like, and you can upgrade when you need more. See pricing for current details, or email us with any billing question.
Uploads
My upload is stuck or failed+
Large files on cellular can stall; keep the app in the foreground until the upload finishes. If a video stays stuck in processing, try uploading it again, and if it still won’t go through, email us and we’ll sort it out.
Data and privacy
Who can see my videos?+
Your library is private by default. A video is visible to someone else only when you share a link to it, and you can stop sharing at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the details of what we collect and how it’s used.
