Uploader Terms
You own
what you upload.
Plain English, no legalese. These cover the walkthrough videos you upload to BuilderSwipe.
You own your content
Your walkthroughs stay yours. By uploading, you give BuilderSwipe permission to host them, add a small BuilderSwipe watermark, and share them (through realtor-safe links, the public feed, and MLS / listing syndication) until you or the builder remove them.
By uploading, you confirm
- You filmed this home, or you have the right to use the footage.
- You have the builder’s permission, or you are the builder or its representative.
- The property details you enter (beds, baths, sq ft, plan, community, address) are accurate.
- The video contains no one else’s media that you don’t have the rights to use.
How your video may be shared
BuilderSwipe may show your video in the feed, generate realtor-safe links (no builder or counselor identity), and provide an unbranded version for MLS and listing-portal syndication. A small BuilderSwipe watermark may be added. Buyers and realtors are never sold or intercepted.
Acceptable use and reporting
BuilderSwipe is for real new-construction walkthroughs. Objectionable content is not tolerated: no content that is unlawful, sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else’s rights. This applies to everyone who uploads, shares, or views content here. Anyone can report a video with the “Report this video” control on any walkthrough; we review every report and remove violating content, and may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Removal
You or the builder can remove any video at any time. BuilderSwipe can also remove content at its discretion. Please remove or flag a video when the home sells or its details change.
